POWDER FORECAST FOR CHRISMTAS DAY :)
oooooriiite!
Pure postcard.
This was NOT lens flare. The sun seemd to be reflecting of the low icy mist creating some sort of rainbow around the sun! I’ve never seen this before, it was truly breathtaking. My camera work doesn’t do it justice.
Champery in all its glory. I’ve been hiking around with my touring skis. Seen some amazing scenery and had some great snow. here are some pictures taken from the last few days.
Our trip down to Switzerland involved lots of talking nonsese to stay awake, stopping in Brugge to sample the legendary truffles. (Which we both vouch are the best we have ever tasted!) a Belgian beer, and also to see if it really is as crap as Colin Farrel makes out. Conclusion being that the the tartiflette, waffles , beer and truffles more than make up for it!

This weekend was a super muddy one.
Here my ‘howies’ clothes ‘Scott’ Voltage & goggles were really put through their muddy paces!
Many thanks to both companies for their support in 2009!

Today we went riding. While everyone else was sat by their fires, we were playing bikes. It was my last ride before I head out to the mountains in Switzerland for the ski season. It was wet, cold, windy, slippery, rooty and drifty. just perfect.
How have you earned your sunday slouch by the fire?
I used to work down at the snowdome in Milton Keynes. There’s this little girl rockin out moves on the snowboard down there! Watch out for her at the Brits in Laxx winter 2010!
Had plenty of fun riding at Chicksands on Sunday.
So much so I didnt have time to take any good photos.
This was the favorite line of the day.
Apparently the rats we have infesting our garden shed love peanut butter.
We set out a trap with the crunchiest we could find.
Last night it caught a huge, fat grey rat the length my forearm.
I heard bacon rashes with bbq sauce is the best lure.
Personally I think thats too good to waste on a rat.
My girlfriend comes from sweden.
If you like tranquility
and lakes
and exploring
its the place to be.
on my birthday we went riding around some lakes on the old bikes from her shed.
