Home from a lovely week on the howies photo shoot ready for the next summer catalogue.
Wasn’t the warmest ever but the last day on the beach sums it all up really. Funny times with some lovely people.
Booked in to race Caersws cup Downhill race.
Racing both Hardtail & Senior categories on the same day!

Been hanging at beaches, picnics, rock climbing, riding, and some very entertaining conversations at the pub under the flemish chimney in Tenby.

Nothing to do with bikes. This is Mal. A lovely old guy who pops by, pretty much on a daily basis and tells wicked stories in his welsh accent thats really quite hard to understand. I asked if I could paint him. He gave me his hat too so I could get the colours right. What I didn’t know was that he had been wearing it every day for his whole life it seems and it litterally fell apart the minute it came off his head! Anyway this is Mal.
